Terms & Conditions

FRMWRK (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides tools, templates, trainings, and community via frmwrk.me, the FRMWRK apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

A legal disclaimer

FRMWRK is a wellness and productivity platform, not a substitute for professional advice. While our tools are designed to save time and reduce stress, results will vary. We also outline limits to our responsibility to ensure transparency.

  • No medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Content is educational only and not a substitute for professional care. Always seek qualified advice for health, safety, legal, tax, or investment decisions. If you’re in crisis or an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

  • No guarantees. We don’t promise particular outcomes (e.g., productivity gains, health improvements, financial results). Your results depend on your situation and effort.

  • Use at your own risk. You are responsible for how you apply information from the Service, including templates, habits, and community suggestions.

  • Service provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties (express/implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Limits of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRMWRK and its officers, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to FRMWRK in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits; in those places, limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

Using
FRMWRK

  • Eligibility & accounts. You must be 13+ (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Keep your account credentials secure; you’re responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: unlawful conduct; scraping; reverse engineering; spamming; uploading malware; infringing others’ rights; harassing or harmful behavior; and circumventing technical controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Content & IP. The Service, including text, graphics, logos, templates, and software, is owned by FRMWRK or licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal, noncommercial use (or as separately agreed in writing). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as the Service explicitly allows.

  • Your submissions. If you post or upload content (e.g., notes, comments, community posts), you retain ownership. You grant FRMWRK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you share.

  • Community. Be respectful, honest, and supportive. No medical or financial prescriptions to others; share experiences, not directives. We may moderate or remove content and may suspend users to protect the community.

  • Third-party links & integrations. The Service may connect to third-party sites or devices (e.g., calendar, health trackers). We don’t control or endorse third-party services and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

  • Payments. If paid features apply, prices, taxes, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled per your account settings. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund; otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

  • Privacy. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (see frmwrk.me/privacy). By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

  • Termination. You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your license ends, but sections that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

General

  • Changes to the Service & Terms. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Effective date.” Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

  • Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of residence or, if you’re outside the U.S., the laws of the jurisdiction where FRMWRK is established (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that venue unless a separate written agreement or mandatory local law provides otherwise. Where allowed, you and FRMWRK waive jury trial and agree to bring claims only in your individual capacities (no class actions).

  • Severability & waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

  • Force majeure. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters).

  • Entire agreement; headings. These Terms, plus any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy), are the entire agreement between you and FRMWRK regarding the Service. Headings are for convenience only.
