Who we are: FRMWRK (“FRMWRK,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides tools, templates, trainings, and community features via frmwrk.me and related apps and services (the “Service”).
We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1) What we collect

Cookies & similar tech: identifiers that help us keep you signed in, remember settings, measure performance, and (if enabled) personalize content.
Information from integrations (optional)
-
If you connect third-party services (e.g., calendar, task apps, health/fitness devices), we receive only the specific data you authorize (such as step counts, sleep durations, calendar blocks). You can disconnect anytime.
Sensitive data note
We may process wellness-related data you choose to provide (e.g., stress level, sleep hours). FRMWRK is not a health-care provider; see “No medical advice” below.
2) How we use information
-
Provide the Service: account creation, authentication, syncing, and core features (assessments, goals, habits, reminders).
-
Personalize & improve: recommend templates, habits, or content; measure and enhance performance; fix bugs; develop new features.
-
Communicate: transactional emails (e.g., resets, receipts), product updates, and—if you opt in—occasional tips or newsletters (you can unsubscribe).
-
Safety & compliance: prevent abuse, secure the Service, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
-
Analytics: aggregate statistics to understand usage and effectiveness. We use de-identified and/or aggregated data where possible.
AI/automation features
We may use machine learning to power suggestions (e.g., habit prompts). We don’t use your private content to train third-party models without your consent. Processors who help us operate these features act under contract and only as instructed.
Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
We rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve), your consent (for certain cookies/marketing/integrations), and compliance with law.
3) How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share only as described:
-
Service providers: hosting, analytics, support, email delivery, payments—under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
-
Community visibility: content you post in shared spaces (e.g., forums/pods) may be visible to other participants. You control what you share.
-
Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer subject to this Policy.

Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service.

-
California (CPRA): request to know, delete, correct; opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (if we offer it). We do not sell personal information. We honor authorized agent requests consistent with law.
To exercise rights, email privacy@frmwrk.me. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
5) Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate, lawful purposes (e.g., security, accounting), then delete or anonymize it. Typical windows: active account data is retained while your account is open; backups may persist for a limited period (e.g., ~90 days). You can request deletion at any time.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, backups). No system is 100% secure; please protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
7) Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in some EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to remove it.
8) International transfers
We may process and store information in countries outside your own (e.g., the United States). Where applicable, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and implement appropriate safeguards.
9) Third-party links & services
Links and integrations may lead to third-party sites or devices with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies. Review their terms before connecting.
10) No medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice
Content is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek personalized guidance from qualified professionals. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
