Early-Stage Pricing Notice. FRMWRK is in early development. Most—if not all—fees are not currently applicable and any pricing, plans, or refund terms may change as the product evolves. If we introduce or modify charges for features you use, we’ll provide advance notice and you’ll have the option to review, opt in, or cancel before any new fees take effect.

We want you to feel confident using FRMWRK. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work.
1) What’s refundable

First-time subscriptions (monthly or annual): If you’re new to FRMWRK, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Annual renewals: You can request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge if you haven’t used paid features after renewal (e.g., new assessments, trainings, or downloads).

One-time digital purchases (templates, guides, trainings): Refunds are available within 7 days if the files were not substantially downloaded/consumed or if there’s a technical issue we can’t resolve.
2) What isn’t refundable

Monthly renewals: We don’t refund past or current months, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Partially used periods: We don’t prorate refunds for time already used after the refund window.

Promotions, trials, coupons: Discounted or free-trial periods aren’t refundable, but you can cancel before the next billing date.

Abuse or policy violations: Accounts suspended for misuse are not eligible for refunds.
3) Cancellations vs. refunds

Cancel to stop future billing: You can cancel in Account → Billing. Cancellation prevents the next charge; it doesn’t automatically refund the last charge.

Request a refund: If you’re in a refund window (above), contact us and we’ll help.
4) How to request a refund
Email support@frmwrk.me from your account email and include:

Order ID or the email used to purchase

Product/plan and purchase date

Reason for refund (helps us improve)
We’ll confirm eligibility and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
5) Processing time
Approved refunds typically post in 5–10 business days (your bank or card issuer controls the exact timing).
6) App store purchases
If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, their policies apply. Please request refunds directly through the respective store.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution. We’re happy to investigate and fix issues quickly.
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our offerings evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
